Grand Prairie Services has expanded its service approach to treat the “whole” person. GPS recognizes that wellness is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of a disease. The Whole Health and Wellness Center provides opportunities for total wellness. South Suburban residents can receive primary care and behavioral care for care services at one location. Health Assessments, Wellness Groups and Health Education groups are among the many services available at the Whole Health and Wellness Services Center.

GPS’ Whole Health and Wellness Services Center provides integrated services to address physical and mental health with the outcome of a balanced physical wellness.

• Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:45 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., every 4th Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

The health Center services all patients regardless of inability to pay.

Discounted fees for essential services are offered based on family size and income.
