Rehabilitation Services Associate/Mental Health Professional

Duties and Responsibilities:

The right candidate will assist mentally ill individuals living in one of our residential homes.  You will link them to the necessary resources in order to meet specific needs outlined in their treatment plan.  This includes assisting the individual with independent living skills training in cooking, shopping, budgeting, transportation, interpersonal communication, personal self care and house maintenance.

Minimum Qualifications:

You must have a high school diploma or a G.E.D or a Bachelor’s (B.A./B.S) degree in psychology, sociology or social work or 5 years supervised experience in mental health or human services.  You must meet the eligibility requirements as a Mental Health Professional as defined in Medicaid Rule 132.  You must possess a current valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
