Recovery Support Treatment Coordinator – ACS

Duties and Responsibilities:
The right candidate will provides support services to clients in a manner to ensure linkage and access to necessary resources and services, assists clients in meeting specific needs as outlined in their treatment plan, and mobilizes the involvement of the individual’s support network. Provide training to utilize recovery and resilience activities to help the individual develop and identify strengths and barriers to recovery/resiliency. You will assist in developing strategies and supportive interventions for achieving placement in the least restrictive setting. Assist in building and maximizing family/significant other support skills. Encourage the identification of existing natural supports and all aspects of life. Assisting the individual to build a natural support team for treatment and recovery.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university in psychology, counseling, or social work. Meets eligibility requirements as a Mental Health Professional as defined in Medicaid Rule 132. Must have proficient typing and computer skills and have a clean driving record.
