Community Support Team Leader

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Community Support Team Leader must meet the Illinois Rule 132 requirements as a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts. The Team Leader must provide direct clinical interventions with each person served by the CST. The CST Team Leader supervises the delivery of all rehabilitative services. The Team Lead will supervise a minimum of 2 CST Case Managers.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s Degree from an accredited university with specialized training in mental health services and have at least two years’ experience providing treatment in mental health setting and has the ability to independently make a clinical assessment, certify a diagnosis and recommend treat for persons with a mental illness. Must have proficient typing and computer skills. Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
