Assistant Office Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
The right candidate will assist the Office Manager in managing the office operations and provides quality clerical support to assist all staff in performing their responsibilities in an organized and professional manner. Assist in maintaining all records and correspondence in compliance with standards of the organization, funders and other governing bodies. Ensure quality clerical support is available to the clinical staff to assist in performing their duties effectively. Provide proper training and direction to other support staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
You must have a high school diploma or a G.E.D. and one to two years of previous secretary experience. Must be able to type 30 – 35 wpm. Must have experience with MS Office Products. Needs to be able to multi-task, have good time management skills and be able to handle a fast paced environment.
