You will manage and direct staff in the ACS Recovery Support Team by providing supervision, administration and care management in the Care Management Program and participates in program development and public relations with community resources to ensure the delivery of quality, cost-effective clinical services in accordance with the corporation’s mission statement and general policies formulated by the Board of Directors. Provide clinical services to individuals with mental illness to help promote health and assist with accessing necessary resources as outlined in the IATP.  You will check, adult voice messages daily, log contact information in the GPS call log system, return phone messages and assess level of needs. If appropriate, schedule and conduct accurate IATP Assessments to help individual’s identify risk factors which interfere with their ability to succeed within community, home, school, and work settings.  Conduct accurate initial assessment for all individuals requesting services or referred for services to the Adult Services division.  Promote the individual’s active participation in decision making and self-advocacy in all aspects of services and recovery.

Master’s degree (M.A.) from four-year College or university in psychology, counseling, or social work. Meets eligibility requirements as a Qualified Mental Health Professional as defined in Medicaid Rule 132.   Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor required. Must possess a current valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
