Residential Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

The right candidate will Oversees the day-to-day operations of the residential homes, coordinates the development and implementation of the Individual Treatment Plan with the therapist and other teams members, and provides supervision to the clinical support staff. You will provide care management services, including maintenance for public entitlement, monitors psychiatric and medical appointments ensuring transportation is available and provide resources and linkage to clients for community integration. You will ensure 24-hour staff coverage and receive and responds to 24-hour emergency calls.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (B.A/B.S) from a four-year college or university; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Meets eligibility requirement as a Mental Health Professional as defined in Medicaid Rule 132. Must have proficient typing and computer skills.
