Substance Abuse Counselor

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides Rule 2060 compliant substance abuse assessment and treatment services to dually diagnosed individuals in a manner that promotes sobriety and assists individuals with meeting specific goals and objectives as outlined in their treatment plan.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four year College or University in psychology, counseling or social work. Is familiar with Rule 2060 (Illinois Administrative Code. and ASAM (Patient Placement) criteria (CADC) certification. Must have proficient typing and computer skills.
