The goal of our Senior Services Program is to provide senior individuals with age appropriate counseling and mental health services that will help to maximize their independent living in the community. Trained professionals provide families with support and information to assist in planning and caring for aging relatives. Our team will coordinate and collaborate with existing senior resources.

HACC BEHAVIORAL PROGRAM
We are proud to announce that we are now partnering with the Housing Authority of Cook County (HACC)!
President Preckwinkle joined Cook County Commissioners, Cook County leaders, partners and participants to announce the placement of behavioral health care coordinators at Housing Authority of Cook County (HACC) public housing communities throughout suburban Cook County.
This $5.8 million behavioral health initiative is funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and will provide case management, therapy, counseling, housing stability support, workforce development and referrals to other resources for HACC residents at 18 sites.
