ENTRY LEVEL POSITIONS

Habilitation Trainer – Full Time (1)
Tinley Park, IL
Hours: Monday – Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.

The right candidate will assist the QSP Supervisor to implement the day-to-day activities for each individual in the Developmental Training program.  You will work directly with 2-4 developmentally disabled adults assisting them with tasks from their individual treatment plans.  You are also required to have both restroom and lunch monitoring responsibilities.

You must have a high school diploma or a G.E.D.  Some experience with the developmentally disabled adult populations is preferred, but not required.

Salary starts at $8.61

Rehabilitation Services Associate/Mental Health Professional – Full Time
Bradley, IL
Hours: Tuesday  - Saturday 12 am to 8 am

The right candidate will assist mentally ill individuals living in one of our residential homes.  You will link them to the necessary resources in order to meet specific needs outlined in their treatment plan.  This includes assisting the individual with independent living skills training in cooking, shopping, budgeting, transportation, interpersonal communication, personal self care and house maintenance.

You must have a high school diploma or a G.E.D or a Bachelor’s (B.A./B.S) degree in psychology, sociology or social work or 5 years supervised experience in mental health or human services.  You must meet the eligibility requirements as a Mental Health Professional as defined in Medicaid Rule 132.  You must possess a current valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
